Downloadable Content
» All icons on this website are free unless otherwise noted. If you are downloading a free icon set, you may not sell your Blackberry theme(s) without purchasing a license (see below).
» You must give credit where credit is due!
» You may not edit the color, style, or size of the downloaded icons. If you wish a different color, please post a comment in the discussion board for that particular icon set.
» Blackberry Theme Lab is not responsible for any thing that may or may not happen to your computer upon downloading an icon set. All icon sets are in .zip and/or .rar format and have been scanned prior to posting.
Purchasable Icon Agreement
Blackberry Theme Lab takes a lot of pride in the icons we design. All of the icons will be priced differently and will reflect based on the time we spent designing them. Please take the time to read over the two licenses we offer.
Commercial License Agreement / C-License
» The icons (battery, wifi, signal, icons/focus icons, etc) are not being sold – these icons are being provided to you under this agreement. When purchasing the icons, ownership does not get transfered – it remains with bbthemelab.com.
» You may sell your Blackberry theme with the purchased license.
» You may change the size of these icons.
» You may not change the style or look of the icons.
» You may not take credit for the icons – all credit must remain with Blackberry Theme Lab.
» You may not sell these icons to anyone else.
» PSD file(s) are not included.

Commercial License Agreement / E-License
In the unfortunate event we do not have what you are looking for, you may purchase the E-Licence agreement which will enable you to change the style, color, or size of the icons.

When you purchase the license, you will be sent all of the sizes that apply to those icons.
For example: If you purchase OS6 Blue Icons, we currently have them available to download in 80x and 52x, you will be sent both sizes. If we release an extra size, it is your responsibility to provide us with an invoice number so we can send you the new size.
Exclusive Rights
» If you would like to purchase exclusive rights to icon sets you may. By doing so, you will own the icons and have rights to do whatever you want to do. Please contact us at info(at)bbthemelab.com for for information.
OTA Hosting
» Blackberry Theme Lab is not responsible for anything within our OTA Hosting service. This service is for people who do not have it and want us to advertise their themes (Promo Plan). Every link within our OTA Hosting service is encrypted and if there are any errors, they should be reported immediately.
ShortURL Service
» Our ShortURL service is meant to make the OTA public link short for people to remember and use. Although we would only like this to be used for our OTA Hosting, anyone can use it. We are not responsible for any link that our ShortURL service may give you. After you go to the ShortURL, it will be a theme if it brings up a download page. Make sure to read the file, it should end in a .jad. Also, you or anyone you know, go to a ShortURL and it is not a theme, please contact us immediately!
