Blackberry Theme Lab

It was a crazy week and a half and Blackberry Theme Lab is happy to announce the winners to our grand opening give a way. Up for grabs was six Bellshare apps, ten free custom themes made by the Lab and a Brand New Blackberry Curve 8520 GSM in white. And the winners are…

Before we announced the winners lets explain how we picked a winner for each category.

Bellshare Apps

The winners of this was picked at random. I listed everyone's name in each row for an app. I had asked my wife to pick a number from 1-68 for each app. I also did the same with a few other people and once I got a list of 10 random numbers, I asked Mark to pick a number. The number that was picked was the winner. Confused? Yeah, me too – but it worked!

Free Themes

For the themes we listed all of the names in excel and with our eyes closed entered the below code nine (9) times. On the tenth time, we pasted is 20 times within the same cell which then randomized the ten cells. Try it for yourself – its a fun tool!

Blackberry Curve 8520

We received a lot of entries for this and Mark and myself read all of them. It was hard – as a lot of them we felt could have been winners of this phone. A few of you sent us one liners or just random stuff – we looked over that. We really wish we had phones to give everyone and as the lab grows just know that there will be more give a ways. These give a ways will be phones, accessories, themes, apps, games, etc.

The winner was picked based on their email to us and how much detail they went into. We also thought about, "If he/she won how would they feel…."
